TALENT COORDINATOR

Proud Management is a boutique talent management company based in Los Angeles, California. The company is in search of a Talent Coordinator, who will directly support the CEO & Founder with all talent-related tasks. Ideally this candidate has career goals to become a Talent Manager and sign their own talent. This key role has much opportunity for growth as one of the early hires of the company. This job will be remote in location, but subject to change.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee company and talent scheduling/calendars

  • Maintain day-to-day communication with talent and staff

  • Manage and execute brand deals & partnerships

  • Make sure brand communications and campaigns are running smoothly

  • Keep talent roster and media kits up-to-date

  • Stay on top of influencer trends and track up-and-coming talent

  • Facilitate reachout to brands and talent

  • Manage invoices to ensure payments are on track

  • Translation assistance on calls, over email, and with reading/writing documents

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing

  • A thorough knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for growing influencer profiles

  • Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and ability to deliver creative feedback

  • Strong communication, both written & verbal

  • Able to work well under-pressure in a fast-paced environment or when time sensitive emergencies arise

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • YouTube Certification(s) is a plus
